![]() ![]() ![]() Payments can be made using our customer portal website. You do not need to install a mobile app to pay your bill online. Online payments are supposed to be for your convenience, and instead they are making it much, much harder for me to do so. I cannot even judge how well the app works as I do not even have the choice to try it at this time. My options are delete other things on my phone, things that are actually a necessity, or pay over the phone each and every month which includes the ridiculous customer support wait times and an additional fee for paying over the phone. I do not have room on my device to be downloading apps for something so simple that I should be able to just pay online with like I have for the last 4+ years. Now, since I have a new account, I have to download the app to be able to pay my bills. ![]() I moved houses (one block away) and instead of them just changing my address on my old account, I had to completely set up a new account. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with trying to pay my bill. ![]()
